Contracting
Contracting – we handle the whole job for you
Do you want one company to take charge of the whole job – from a defined project to an entire house or a large turnkey contract? With contracting, you get one total price and one partner who plans, staffs and carries out the work.

What is contracting?
With contracting, you hand over a job or an entire project to us. You get a total price, and we plan the process, put the right people on it and take care of the work from start to handover. You do not have to manage the work or keep track of hours yourself – you get a finished result.
What can we take on?
- Entire building projects, for example a new house, an extension or a conversion
- Large turnkey contracts with all trades – or part of a turnkey contract
- Renovation of bathrooms, kitchens or entire flats
- Defined trades within a larger construction project, for example bricklaying, carpentry or painting
- Jobs outside construction, for example a defined cleaning or warehouse job at a total price
Work that requires authorisation – such as electrical work, plumbing and drainage – is carried out by authorised partners.
Large turnkey contracts – or part of them
We also take on large turnkey contracts, where we are responsible for the entire project with all trades – from planning and coordination to handover. You have one contact person and one total price, while we manage the trades, the schedule and the staffing together with our approved partners.
If the turnkey contract has already been allocated, we can instead take on part of it – for example one or more trades, a phase or a building – at a total price. This applies whether you are the client, the turnkey contractor or the main contractor.
Contracting, labour hire or recruitment?
- Contracting: We handle the whole job at a total price and manage the work.
- Labour hire: You get people for your job without employing them, manage the work yourself and pay for the hours. Read more about labour hire.
- Recruitment: We find an employee whom you hire permanently in your company. Read more about recruitment.
Subcontracting for other companies
If you are a contractor yourself, we can also carry out part of your project as a subcontractor – for example a trade or a phase – at an agreed price. You have one contact person with us, and we take care of staffing and progress on our part.
How it works
- You describe the job in the form below – ideally with drawings or a description.
- We review the material and arrange a site visit if necessary.
- You receive a quote with a total price and a description of what is included.
- Once you have accepted, we plan the process, and the work begins with a dedicated contact person.
What we need to know
- What needs to be done, and where
- Drawings, specifications or tender documents, if available
- Your preferred start date, and when the work needs to be finished
- Any special requirements, for example regarding materials, working hours or access
What does it cost?
The price depends on the scope of the job, the materials and the schedule. That is why we always give a specific quote for each individual job. Nothing is binding until you have accepted the quote.
