At Bemandix, our work is built on almost 10 years of experience in the industry. We know the everyday challenges and how important it is to have the right workers, clear agreements and good communication.

Through our experience, we have seen the challenges that can arise when businesses have to handle coordination, staffing and follow-up themselves, without a professional partner to link it all together.

That is why Bemandix was created with one clear purpose: to make it easier, safer and more efficient for businesses to get their work done.

Every trade. Every industry. One partner.

When a business is short of people in several trades, it often ends up with several different suppliers: one for the warehouse, another for the building site and a third for the office. Bemandix was created to make this simpler. Whether you need a carpenter, a forklift driver, a chef or an IT support technician, you can come to one place. That applies whether you need one person for a week or a whole crew for several months.

How we work

Our own people and approved partners. We do not need to employ all the workers ourselves. We combine our own people with a network of partners that we have approved after reviewing, among other things, their CVR number, insurance and relevant authorisations and certificates.

One contact person. You have one dedicated contact with us, however many trades or suppliers are involved in your job.

Specific proposals. We do not promise workers until we know we can deliver. Once you have booked, we come back to you with a specific proposal for you to consider. If we cannot take on the job, we will tell you.

Clear agreements. Price, period, working hours and division of responsibilities are agreed before the work begins. That way, both parties know where they stand.

Personal service from the first job

At Bemandix, you are not a case number. You get a dedicated contact person who knows your job from the first call to the last working day, follows up along the way and takes responsibility if anything needs adjusting. We measure ourselves on whether you want to use us again.
