For partners

Become a Bemandix partner

Are you a subcontractor, staffing company or supplier with spare capacity? As an approved partner, you can be offered jobs that match your trade and area.

How the partnership works

We receive bookings from businesses in many industries. When a job matches your trade, capacity and area, we contact you with a description of the job, and you decide whether you want to bid for it. Each job is agreed separately, with price and terms, before it begins.

The partnership can work in two ways:

  • Hiring out workers: We hire in your people and make them available to our client. Read about labour hire.
  • Subcontracting: You carry out a defined job and manage the work yourselves. Read about subcontracting.

Bemandix is the client's point of contact, so you can concentrate on delivering.

The partnership suits, for example, a carpentry firm with a crew that is without work for a period, a staffing company specialising in warehousing and logistics, or a cleaning company with room for more jobs.

How you get approved

We only work with companies we have approved. Once we have received your application, we review:

  • your CVR number and company details
  • your insurance, for example business liability insurance and occupational injury insurance
  • authorisations and certificates relevant to your trade

If we need more information, we will contact you. Only once your application has been approved will you be set up as an active partner, and we will notify you by email.

Please note that electrical, plumbing and drainage work requires authorisation from the Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen). If you want to take on this type of job, you must therefore state and document your authorisation.

What we ask for

  • company name, CVR number and a contact person with phone number and email
  • sectors and any specialist skills
  • how many workers you typically have available
  • the geographical area you cover
  • your hourly rates
  • authorisations, certificates and insurance details, ideally as documents

We use your hourly rates to assess which jobs are a good fit. They are not shared with other partners.

What we expect

We expect you to comply with the rules and agreements that apply to your workers and your trade. Please also let us know if your insurance, authorisations or capacity change, so that we only contact you about jobs you can take on.

If you have any questions before you send your application, you are welcome to contact us.

  • Jobs in your trade

We contact you when we have jobs that match your sectors and the geographical area you cover.

  • You decide your capacity

You tell us how many people you have available, and you say yes or no to each job.

  • Clear agreements

Price and terms are agreed for each job before it begins, and your rates are not shared with other partners.

  • One dedicated contact

We handle contact with the client, and you have one dedicated contact person with us.
