Electricians
Hire an electrician when the electrical job needs more hands
Busy on an electrical job and short of skilled electricians? We help with electricians who work under the responsibility of your own or another authorised electrical company.

How authorisation and hired electricians fit together
As a rule, electrical installation work requires authorisation from the Danish Safety Technology Authority (Sikkerhedsstyrelsen). The authorisation is held by the authorised electrical company, not by the individual electrician.
When you hire an electrician through Bemandix, the electrician therefore works under the responsibility of an authorised company. That is typically your own company or the authorised electrical company you are working with on the project. Bemandix does not hold an authorisation itself.
In practice, this means that the authorised company plans the work, instructs the electrician and follows its own procedures for inspection and documentation. The hired electrician is part of your team on an equal footing with your own people.
Who typically hires electricians?
Electrical contractors at peak times
When several projects are running at once, or a large job has to be handed over on time, a few extra electricians for a period can be a simpler solution than recruiting.
Contractors on larger construction projects
If, for example, a main contractor is placing the booking, it must be clear from the start which authorised electrical company the electrician will work under. We clarify this with you before anything is agreed.
Industry and property
Companies with their own authorised electrical department or a regular electrical partner may need extra hands for conversions, planned production shutdowns and maintenance.
Typical tasks
- cable routes, cable pulling and installation in new builds
- switchboard installation and modification of existing switchboards
- lighting, sockets and replacement of older installations
- service and fault-finding
- machine installations and electrics in production environments
- installations for EV chargers, solar panels and heat pumps
Experience is more than the journeyman's certificate
Electricians are skilled tradespeople, but their experience can vary a great deal. Some have mostly worked on homes, others on large commercial builds, in industry with controls and automation, or building switchboards in a workshop. Tell us which experience matters most for your job, so we do not propose a good electrician for the wrong job.
What your booking should include
The more precisely you describe the job, the better the match:
- which authorised company the electrician will work under
- type of installation: residential, commercial, industrial or switchboard
- whether work will be carried out live or near live parts, as this requires special training
- which tools and test equipment you provide, and what the electrician needs to bring
- drawings and materials, and who is responsible for them
- working hours, start date and expected duration
Our own people and approved partners
The electrician may be employed by Bemandix or come from one of our approved partners. Either way, you have one contact person with us, and you receive a specific proposal before anything is agreed.
